Will the portrait actually look like my pet?
That is what the free preview is for. Compare the eyes, markings, ear shape and proportions with your own photos. AI can get these details wrong, so only approve a version you recognise. How a portrait is made →
Can I see the portrait before I pay?
Yes. You see finished preview versions of your pet in the style you choose before anything is printed or paid for. You only order a print once you have approved the exact artwork.
Why do I get several versions?
Each style is generated in a few variations, for example a different pose, outfit or background. Pick the one that feels most like your pet, or ask for more like the one you prefer.
What if none of the versions look right?
Do not approve it. Try a clearer anchor photo or a different style. Each portrait includes a limited number of free previews so the service can stay affordable. Photo guide →
Photos
What makes a good reference photo?
A clear, unfiltered photo in daylight with the eyes in focus and the ears inside the frame. Take it at your pet’s eye level if you can. A second view from the side helps with markings. Read the photo guide →
How many photos can I upload?
One to five photos of the same pet. Choose the clearest face as the anchor. Extra views help show markings and proportions a single photo cannot.
Can I use iPhone (HEIC) photos?
Yes. JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos are supported. Large photos are resized in your browser before upload, so even big files upload quickly.
Can I include more than one pet in a portrait?
Not yet. Portraits are designed for one pet. Upload several views of the same animal for the best likeness.
Can I make a memorial portrait from an old photo?
Yes. Start with the clearest photo you have and review the likeness carefully. Very small or blurry photos limit how much detail can be recovered.

Which portrait styles can I choose from?
Royal portrait, line art, studio portrait and storybook. The same pet can look quite different in each, so try the one that fits their personality and your room. Compare the styles →
Is the artwork hand-painted?
No. The artwork is made with image-generation software guided by your photos. You decide whether the result captures your pet before anything is printed.
Prints, shipping and payment
What do I receive?
A printed portrait of your approved artwork in a ready-to-hang wooden frame, made to order by our US print partner.
Where do you ship?
Print orders ship within the United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
When can I order a print?
Print ordering is opening soon. We are finishing quality checks on print sizes and frames. You can already create and approve your portrait today.
How is payment handled?
Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored privately and used only to create your portrait. They are never shown publicly or shared for advertising.
Do you use cookies?
